Allyson Kirk-Clapp, Admin Assistant, Client Relations

Allyson worked in the career field of veterinary medicine for over 20 years prior to feeling called to new opportunities in Sperryville, VA. She joined the community first through working as a barista at Before & After Cafe, and has now joined the team at Abracadabra Massage & Wellness. Allyson graduated from Northern Virginia Community College in 2008 with a double associate’s degree in Veterinary Technology and Biology. She then went on to continue her education in specialized veterinary medicine (internal medicine and emergency critical care).

Allyson’s focus and expertise lies within client services, clinical practice, communication, scheduling, and practice management. She has decades of experience with client relations, phone triage and treatment counseling, and supporting practitioners.

At Abracadabra, Allyson strives to serve as a client liaison and work in a role that helps clients feel welcomed, supported, and guided to the treatments and practitioners that will help them the most in their healing journey. She also hopes to continue to expand her knowledge and grow within the healing arts at Abracadabra.

Kolbi Tapp, LMT, RP

Kolbi Tapp is a graduate of the Cayce Reilly School of Massotherapy in Virginia Beach, VA. She utilizes unique styles of Swedish, Osteopathic, Neuropathic, and Deep Tissue massage techniques into her practice. Kolbi’s personal life has been centered around the nourishment of the body, mind, and spirit as a conduit for relief of mental, physical, and energetic pain. She travels to Casa Suyana in the Sacred Valley of Peru twice a year offering bodywork and energetic healing to clients on retreat there. Kolbi received her Hapé training with the Kuntanawa tribe of Brazil, and facilitates group ceremonies here in the states. In addition, Kolbi is a Holy Fire Reiki III practitioner and received her training from the International Center for Reiki Training. She incorporates her ever growing knowledge and continuing education in new modalities and cultures to create a therapeutic experience catered to you.

Dustan Pennington, LMT, PTA

Dustan is a multi-state licensed massage therapist who graduated from the Virginia School of Massage in 2012. His combined experience in spas, gyms, and clinics gives him a wealth of knowledge and personalized care that is pertinent to each client. In addition to his time with us at Abracadabra, Dustan works as a licensed clinician and physical therapist assistant (PTA) in a rehabilitation facility. Dustan is enthusiastic to be promoting wellness and healing through therapeutic techniques that effectively relieve stress and tension. His passion includes functional mobility/strength through exercise, martial arts, and sports medicine.

Deidre Payne, LME, RP

Deidre is a Master Esthetician and certified Reiki practitioner. She has long had a passion for skin and haircare and in 2021, decided to pursue an education in skin therapy. After achieving the title of Esthetician through the Esthetic Institute she decided to further her education and gained her Master Esthetician title in the very next year. During her studies she learned the importance of up to date research and compassion. Deidre has a deep understanding of the skin in order to specialize in both aging and acne prone skin. She believes in caring for the skin from the inside out. Her goal is to help people learn about their skin in both a results driven, and relaxing manner.

Katherine Schaepman, LMT

Katherine employs her knowledge to amplify your self-care. She incorporates techniques from Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, and Lymphatic Drainage to aid your ability to relax, recharge, and heal. In 2007, Katherine graduated from the Virginia School of Massage in Charlottesville, VA. She continued her education at the Florida College of Natural Health in Orlando, FL. Upon completion in 2008, she received an Associates Degree for Business and Spa Management.

Eliza Wilcox, Doula, RP

Eliza is a doula, birth educator, reiki practitioner, and mother of four. Her journey towards the healing arts began in early maternity with an uncanny intuition and inclination to help other mothers. She dedicated herself deeply to this exploration. In 2015, her battle with Lyme disease led her to purchasing the Ozone Sauna. She discovered that, beyond relieving her symptoms, the potential of this treatment was far-reaching and broad in scope. Eliza has worked with Ozone for over 9 years. She hopes to share the potential benefits of the Ozone Sauna and to support, educate, and empower her clients.
